The Agency has helped provide hundreds of affordable homes in San Francisco. The Agency does not provide financing to the buyer, but instead sets homes at affordable prices- often around one-fourth or one-third of the market value.
All Agency sponsored affordable homes, whether new or resale, are part of the LIMITED EQUITY PROGRAM.
