1) Limited Equity Program:
Read about the LIMITED EQUITY PROGRAM. This program governs all homes available through the Agency.
2) Homebuyer Education Certificate:
Homebuyer must complete a workshop at an Agency-approved housing counseling organization prior to applying to the Program. Please visit the RESOURCES section of this website to obtain a list of housing counseling organizations. You may also visit Homeownership SF for workshop schedules.
3) Agency Mailing List:
Add your name to the list to be notified of homes available by signing up below or by calling (415) 749-2559.
4) Available Homes:
To learn about current available homes, visit the HOMES AVAILABLE section of this website.
5) Application:
Once you are aware of and interested in a home, the next step is to complete an application.
6) Program Eligibility:
The Agency will review your application to determine if you are eligible to purchase a home in the Program.
